Q. When will my TPB hot sauce be shipped?
A: We will be shipping out sauce full force by the end of summer to help keep you warm for the fall months. Any questions on you order feel free to email us at

Q. Is first batch a limited run?
A: Yes. First Batch will be a one of a kind, single run. When you preorder you guarantee your space as we go into production. When your bottle is made you will be notified via email and you will receive your tracking info.

Q. How can I get a lower number bottle?

A: First come first serve! Numbers will go out in order starting from 00001.

Q. What are my chances of winning a signed bottle?

  • 24 signed bottles will be sent out randomly.
  • Every bottle purchased increases your chances to win: If you order 6 bottles, you have 6 chances to win.
  • Winners will be notified via email with tracking info.

A: Two years unopened For best flavor retention keep refrigerated after opening.

Q. Is there real butter in the sauce?
A: Yes. We’ve seen some of the cows, they look really good.

Q. Can I buy a bunch, like a dozen and give them as Holiday gifts?
A: Yes - If you do you’ll be more popular than Ole St Nick himself! By Christmas (actually the end of the summer) First Batch will be finished and not available for sale… 

Bonus: If you get a dozen, you have 12 more chances to win a signed bottle, and shipping goes down about 70% per bottle.

Q. How will I know when my order has shipped? 
A: You will know your order has shipped when you receive your order complete email or when the status column on your order page changes to Complete. 

Q. How can I find out the status of my order? 
A: On your account page there is a list of your previous and current orders. The Fulfillment Status column lets you know how far along your order is in our system. Once the order is shipped it will be marked as Fulfilled.

Q. How do I track my order? 
A: After your order has shipped you will be sent an email letting you know your order is complete and on it's way. In this email will be tracking information and a link to track your package.

Q. My Order never arrived? 
A: Check your account page to ensure that the order has been completed. If so, track your package with the info from your order completion email. If the carrier doesn't have the info you may email us at

Q. Can I get a refund? 
A: For the safety of our customers we can not accept returns. We will and can not sell food items that have been out of our possession. We will issue refunds if there is a problem of which we are at fault.
